About Coach Lisa 

Lisa Williamson is a performance coach, wellness expert, and NCAA All-American heptathlete. With experience coaching collegiate athletes at Clayton State University and Ashland University and leading fitness and wellbeing programs at the University of Georgia, Lisa combines elite athletic expertise with evidence-based training principles.

 

She knows what it takes to achieve success both on and off the track:

• USATF Level 1 Track & Field Coach
• NASM Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT)
• National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC)
• Former NCAA All-American Heptathlete

• BS Exercise Science - minor in Coaching, MEd Sport Management

Coach Lisa has served as Associate Head Track & Field Coach for Sirius Athletics youth track and field club since 2017 and been doing private track and field training with youth athletes since 2009. During her 15+ year coaching tenure, she has trained numerous All-Americans and State/Conference/League Champions.

She believes that speed isn’t just about running fast. It’s about moving efficiently, explosively, and confidently. Every athlete is unique, and the focus is on developing technical skills, strength, and mental resilience to help them reach their full potential—on the track and in life.
